WebThe Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) was established under the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) and continued under the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST), (23 USC §204). The program makes funds available for projects that provide access to, are adjacent to, or are located within Federal Lands. WebSince December 2015, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has made significant progress implementing the FAST Act, and this website serves as your one-stop shop for everything from fact sheets and funding notices to guidance, regulations and presentations.
