WebMy understanding is that it’s $250 to cancel it. You don’t ask for it to be cancelled, receive a bill and then choose when to pay it. WebI contacted the fitness passport team and after a few days they explained how to rectify. They then called me and asked me to renter my family details which I did. I thought it was great that they called me to help me speed application. The membership has now gone through. I can’t believe the whole family pays only $25 to go to the gym.
