WebUPDATE: I was able to remedy the issue after multiple eSIM reactivations/reprovisions with customer care. After doing a "Network Settings" reset, and "Delete All eSIMs" in the same menu; doing a reboot, reactivating using a fresh QR code, and rebooting WHILE the device was "Activating.." WebIf your phone says sim lock this means that you have put like a code on your sim that every time you will be putting the sim on a different phone it will ask for a code. For you to turn this off you have to insert the sim on its original phone then go to settings look for security and check the settings for the sim card and turn if off.
